The 2025 Bentley Continental GT Speed is here, and like so many Bentleys before it, it’s a luxurious grand tourer. However, it’s the fourth generation Continental GT Speed, and for this version of the model, Bentley wanted to create an everyday supercar. That means it combines supercar performance, luxury craftsmanship, and everyday usability to make it both amazing to behold and easy to drive.
What Make the 2025 CGT Speed Different from Its Predecessors?
Power and Performance
The 2025 CGT stands out from its predecessors in multiple ways. First of all, it’s a hybrid vehicle with the all-new Ultra Performance Hybrid powertrain. This powertrain combines 4.0-liter V8 engine with a 190 PS electric motor. Its hybrid system creates 50 miles/81 km of electric-only driving range and a total driving range of 534 miles/859 km. The powertrain also has a new chassis system that creates incredible body control and a 49:51, rear-biased weight distribution system that contributes to the best Continental GT ride to date in Bentley’s history.
Design Features
Exterior
The Continental GT Speed also looks a bit different from previous Bentleys, having received the biggest changes to the face of a Bentley model produced in the last two decades. It’s the first Bentley model to have a single headlamp on each side since the 1950s. Each headlamp features a new horizontal “eyebrow,” which is a deep-cut crystal diamond effect, as well as 120 LEDs that are digitally controlled. These headlamp design aspects help ease the contrast between lit and unlit areas that they cover, making it easier for you to see what’s in front of you, no matter where you’re driving.
The Bentley GT Speed’s overall shape is more muscular and refined than previous models because it has fewer breaks in its surface. Like the front, the CGT Speed’s back has been redesigned to have both dramatic styling and an aerodynamic form. The dramatic styling comes through in the way the bumper emphasizes the car’s width. The trunk’s lid provides rear downforces without a rear spoiler, creating an integrated aerodynamic form.
Interior
This Bentley Grand Tourer has a luxurious interior that features sculptured quilting in the seats and doors that help create a cocooning element that makes any journey more comfortable. It also has a new Dark Chrome Specification that lends the interior an understated, modern aesthetic. This specification can be found on the car’s interior switches, door handles, speaker grilles and other elements inside it.
The 2025 Bentley CTG Speed’s interior also offers a range of technological tools that you can use to make your car safer and more comfortable. These include Intelligent Park Assist, the latest generation self-parking system with speed control; a revised air conditioning system with air ionizers to improve wellness and air quality; and My Bentley App Studio, which allows drivers and passengers access to many infotainment apps that they can access in their car without a smartphone.
