Before diving into the rankings, we need to hit you up with details about Bentey's newest luxurious endeavor: Bentley Residences Miami. It's been the talk of the town here in South Florida, and for good reason.

Suffice it to say, this glass high-rise will be one of the coolest buildings in the area. Once completed, the 63-story, 749-foot-tall tower will push out Residences by Armani Casa as the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach. (Offering up some of the best views of Miami Beach only ups its chances of becoming the top luxury condo in Miami, too.)

"A Miami high-rise with ocean views? That's nothing new!"

Tall residential skyscrapers in Miami may not be unique, but the Bentley condominiums will be. In addition to its wondrous views and gargantuan stature, Bentley Residences also plans on offering the following shared amenities to its residents:

  • Four robotic, high-speed, passenger-friendly car elevators (DezervatorTM) with direct access to residents' private sky garages
  • Luxe furnishings from the Bentley Home collection
  • Ten oceanfront cabanas
  • Lobby Bar and Restaurant with 33-foot-high, floor-to-ceiling windows
  • Lounge and Whiskey Bar at mezzanine level inspired by the iconic matrix grille of models like the Bentley Continental
  • Cigar Lounge with billiards table and televisions
  • Private 16-person Dining Room at mezzanine level
  • Movie Theater (14 plush seats) designed to mimic Bentley cabins
  • Heated swimming pool, spa, and poolside service
  • Beauty Salon (hair, manicures and pedicures)
  • Game Room featuring VR systems, golfing and racing simulators, and a Kid's Club (children's games)
  • Fitness Center and Outdoor Yoga Studio
  • Saunas
  • Pet grooming spa
  • Full 24-hour valet, security, and multilingual concierge service
  • A la carte services (e.g., personal chefs, personal trainers, dog walking/sitting, catering, etc.)

Our favorite? Every residence will come with a 3- or 4-car garage that's connected to the Bentley elevator/Dezervator, as well as the space for personal storage and dedicated EV chargers.

Riding the hydraulic Dezervator sounds like a blast—you can bet we're going to give it a go once the building's up!—as the lower floors of the elevator shaft are encased in glass, offering a pristine, panoramic view of the building.

Top 10 Places to Live in Miami

Sunny Isles Beach may be one of our picks for "best cities to live in South Florida," but it's not the only one. Whether you are just starting your own business or have already seen the fruits of your entrepreneurial labor, Florida's Gold Coast has a neighborhood for you. In no particular order, here are 10 of the best places to live in Miami for young adults who are on the verge of greatness.

Brickell

Brickell, or Manhattan-of-the-South, as it's colloquially named, is an affluent, densely populated Miami neighborhood with numerous luxury high-rise condos and apartments. As Miami's financial district, Brickell is the region's banking and investment hub, and nearly 200,000 people commute to and from the area daily. With a lively nightlife and myriad restaurants and shops, it's certainly one of the nicest areas in Miami, especially if you're part of the younger crowd.

Wynwood

Looking for the coolest neighborhood in Miami? The Wynwood Art District has you covered. Located just a hop, skip and jump away from Miami Beach, Wynwood offers a seriously eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, shops and some of the best architecture in SoFlo. At its core, Wynwood is made for the creative types—just look at Wynwood Walls! If you enjoy monthly art shows and other community events, this is the place for you.

Pinecrest

Although it's not traditionally viewed as one of the best places to live in Miami for singles—about 70% of its 20,000 residents are married—Pinecrest still has a lot to offer younger people. With a median household income of over $150,000, Pinecrest is one of the most affordable upscale neighborhoods in Miami-Dade County. And if you're looking to settle down and plant some roots, Pinecrest's excellent schools and low crime rate should pull you in.

Coral Gables

Home to the University of Miami, Coral Gables is bursting with character. Much of that character stems from the city prioritizing historic preservation of the coolest architecture over the construction of the tallest skyscrapers and condo towers. And since it's just four miles from the airport, Coral Gables is a prime location for anyone who travels frequently. The city does contain some of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the U.S., including Old Cutler Bay and Tahiti Beach, so you'll need to keep your financial wits about you when purchasing real estate. But if you're already a member at any of these exclusive South Florida clubs, you should have no problem with that.

Coconut Grove

Recognized by locals as "Miami's original neighborhood," Coconut Grove is the oldest inhabited area in all of Miami-Dade—and also one of the greenest. Streets are meticulous, there is no shortage of public parks and waterfront businesses, and due to its location on Biscayne Bay, Coconut Grove is a favorite amongst the boating and fishing communities. If you're looking to move to South Florida and are already making bank, this town should be on your shortlist.

Little Havana

Characterized by its very energetic street life, authentic Cuban cafes, cigar lounges, and yearly festivals, Little Havana is oftentimes called the "center of social and cultural activity" in Miami. If you enjoy exploring, there are hidden gems to uncover all throughout Little Havana—you won't get bored, basically. This is certainly one of the best places to live in Miami for singles, especially considering it's low cost of living.

North Bay Village

A frequent landing place for young professionals looking for beautiful views at a bargain price, this South Florida neighborhood north of Miami Beach is an urbanite's paradise. North Bay Village is comprised of three small islands (North Bay Island, Treasure Island and Pelican Harbor Marina) that are connected to Miami Shores and Normandy Isle. Median household income in this neighborhood is just above Florida's average, which makes it a popular destination for recent graduates. If you can't afford living in the exclusive Fisher Island community, this might be the next best thing.

Doral

The median age of residents in this small Miami suburb is 38, noticeably lower than the state's median age of 43. In fact, over 20% of Doral's residents were born in the 1980s-1990s, which makes it one of the youngest South Florida towns. Close in proximity to downtown Miami's vibrant nightlife yet far enough away to ensure peace and quiet, Doral offers millennials and Gen-Z the best of both worlds.

Glenvar Heights

Bordered by Sunset, Kendall and South Miami, the Glenvar Heights neighborhood is a diverse suburb that leans young (22% of residents are between 25-34 years old). Safe, quiet and conveniently located just minutes from Dadeland Mall and 15 miles from downtown Miami, it's a worthy place for singles and younger adults to call home.

Aventura

Although many Aventura residents are retirees, there is a growing bubble of younger professionals who have moved to this Miami suburb in recent years. Offering various lifestyle perks—breathtaking scenery, wonderful architecture, and easy access to North Beach, to name a few—Aventura is an up-and-coming South Florida neighborhood for young families and people looking to occasionally rub elbows with South Beach celebs.
