We
just had an emergency on the road with our vehicle and were unable to
get the fuel lid to release. After spending time trying to figure it
out on our own, we called the service department desperate for help, the
service manager was unavailable but the receptionist took a message and
assured us that he would call us back. After a few minutes, true to
his word, Miguel called us back and patiently walked us through the
process to locate the manual fuel lid release. He was an absolute life
saver because we were literally running out of gas! Thank you so much
Miguel for your help and we highly recommend Braman Motors and service.
