"More than an exprience"

More than an experience, I'd like to give a huge thanks to Mr. Amir Moayeri whom I've known for over 7 years. I bought my first luxury BMW M3 from him when he was at BMW and after many years I was informed of his promotion over to Bentley. All within the Braman Family but Amir has been more than just a car consultant, he has also shaped and nudged me in the right direction throughout life. Bought an Aston Martin Vantage roadster June 2023. This car purchase was handled professionally from start to finish.The sales and finance people Marcel,Luis Armando were interested in my satisfaction from beginning to end. The car was shipped from Miami to Sacramento area and arrived as represented (like new). Well done!

"Will definitely return in the future"

Visited the dealership looking for a new lease. Due to the car shortage, dealerships barely have inventory. Luckily, I inquired about a vehicle they had available and I was even offered to make a deposit so the they could hold the car if I couldn't make it today. The dealership was clean and staff were polite. Alfredo B assisted me and got me an amazing deal!! He was transparent throughout the entire deal. Miami needs more sales associates like him. Will definitely return in the future and recommend.

I have worked with four different people at Braman Miami and I could not be happier. I worked with John Lewis for my Bentley, with Danny for my Mini Clubman, and with Hugo Martinez and Joe (in appraisals) for my recent BMW purchase. They are all fantastic ! Let me just start off by saying Braman Miami is the best of the best!!! Ambiance and great experience to shop for what you want. My salesperson was Steve Mendez and I couldn't have asked for more hospitality. He knows how to steer you in the right direction with professionalism and courtesy. I got full detailed information on the car I was looking for and I found it and I couldn't be any happier. Furthermore, my financer was Alejandro Diaz and was fully direct and precise on the best option for me, just another awesome person to be attended by. They helped me find my dream car. "Was an absolute life saver"

We just had an emergency on the road with our vehicle and were unable to get the fuel lid to release. After spending time trying to figure it out on our own, we called the service department desperate for help, the service manager was unavailable but the receptionist took a message and assured us that he would call us back. After a few minutes, true to his word, Miguel called us back and patiently walked us through the process to locate the manual fuel lid release. He was an absolute life saver because we were literally running out of gas! Thank you so much Miguel for your help and we highly recommend Braman Motors and service.
