Extraordinary team. Completely satisfied. There approach was to please me with the best offer, and not to get the most money out if me; there was a civilized and pleasant negociation to please me and them at the same time. Juan was a real gentleman and I loved the fact he hid not modify his attitude and approach in 20 years, since I met him for the first time. Across the years, I bought 5 Bentleys from him and another 4 Rolls Royce cars from Braman. Why? Not only because of the price ( it is not the smallest), but also because the way you are treated along the way, starting with the sale and ending with the service. I'm very pleased with them. Mo, became an asset to the extend I wanted to meet her every time I am there. She was very helpful and complemented Juan. The same was Ed. Juan has a tremendous team there. Congrats to them all, until the next car!

An incredible experience really. I'm already a Braman BMW customer twice over, but never a Bentley. Went there to test drive the car I ended up buying, but was negotiating an almost identical Flying Spur with another Bentley dealership and was pretty far down the road with them - although a bit frustrated with the negotiations. Had done a fair amount of research and had been looking for over a year.

Amir was quite the opposite together with Eric. They listened to my objectives, came back in no more than 15 minutes with a solution that was very close to ideal for me, and after a bit more back and forth including some generosity on my Alpina trade-in, I was able to purchase the car. To the great frustration of the other dealer who suddenly was able to give me what I had asked (too late!).

The after-sale has also been fantastic. Amir had stayed in touch, has helped with a series of questions on how to use the tech available in this fabulous car, just great attention and commitment to the customer.

I really liked the pragmatic objective approach at Braman, efficient and so much lower stress. Highly recommend this dealership

"Will definitely return in the future"

Visited the dealership looking for a new lease. Due to the car shortage, dealerships barely have inventory. Luckily, I inquired about a vehicle they had available and I was even offered to make a deposit so the they could hold the car if I couldn't make it today. The dealership was clean and staff were polite. Alfredo B assisted me and got me an amazing deal!! He was transparent throughout the entire deal. Miami needs more sales associates like him. Will definitely return in the future and recommend.

"Was an absolute life saver"

We just had an emergency on the road with our vehicle and were unable to get the fuel lid to release. After spending time trying to figure it out on our own, we called the service department desperate for help, the service manager was unavailable but the receptionist took a message and assured us that he would call us back. After a few minutes, true to his word, Miguel called us back and patiently walked us through the process to locate the manual fuel lid release. He was an absolute life saver because we were literally running out of gas! Thank you so much Miguel for your help and we highly recommend Braman Motors and service.
